His expertise spans across 28 countries, which means that it is absolutely vital that he has smooth and seamless wireless communications. “As a small business without support staff,” he said, “wireless communications allows me, in essence, to take my office with me and provide continuous service to my clients no matter where business takes me. Like most small businesses, I am in constant ‘new business’ mode; I can't afford to miss a call or email.”

However, when he recently went through the process of selecting a mobile service provider, he found it to be a “true headache.” In fact, the management of mobile devices is a problem for all businesses. For example, a Gartner Research indicates that this will be the #1 management struggle for 75% of business enterprises by 2006.
